During the recent shoool holidays children participated in the Filippo Mele Carnival in Townsville.
They were part of the Mackay Regional Football Zone teams.
Children from U10 boys, U11 girls, U11 boys and U12 boys participated.
It is great to see children from Country United Soccer Club were selected to compete.
The parents of these children must be thanked for allowing their children to participate and organising to transport them up to Townsville for the week.
The development the players personally gain, will certainly help them on a weekly basis in their club games.
